Easy Sour Kraut

Use as much cabbage as you have
  1. Grate cabbage
  2. Wash Jars
  3. Pack Cabbage in Jars
  4. Mix 2 parts water to 1 part white vinager boil
  5. Fill cabbage filled jars with water and vinager mixture
  6. When jar is full add to top of jar 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar
  7. Boil lids and rings
  8. Place lids and screw on as tight as possible
Place jars in cool place to store.
